Ericsson Iraq was looking for a qualified IT company take the part of the IT scope for Zain-IQ which is under the managed services contract.
Results
Onyxes is the responsible for the IT scope of Ericsson Iraq which supports Zain Iraq IT Scope. This scope covers:
- IT Network and Security Department.
- IT Datacenter Operations Department. IT Voice and Call Center Department.
- IT Helpdesk Department.
- IT Network Operation Center (NOC).
