Job Title: Admin Officer
Period: Permanent Position
- Responsible for the overall administration within Finance department
- Assist in the production of financial statements and applications, preparation of spreadsheets, reports and correspondence as required
- Prepare and organize official correspondence with
- Manage accounts receivable and payable.
- Review and process of reimbursements
- Participating in budgets preparation.
- Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed
- Ensure the correct documenting and updating of Finance archiving system.
- Assist the finance team with the ERP data Entry.
Qualification & Skills
- 3+ years of experience
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- previous knowledge with Finance department
- A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University or Education Institute in Finance, Accounting or Economics
